Paolo Cricchio has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan and with the Register of Auditors since 2010. After working for a major tax consulting firm, he joined Spada Partners (then named studio Spadacini) in 2013.

He mainly focuses on business income, VAT, international taxation, extraordinary transactions, and M&A. He obtained his degree in Business and Economics from the Genoa University in 2004.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
