Francesco Giuseppe Galafassi has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan since 2022.

He joined Spada Partners in 2023, after working for a prestigious tax law firm. He mainly deals with ordinary corporate and group taxation, international taxation, VAT and M&A activities.

He graduated in Economics and Business Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2020.

He is a member of the Milan International Taxation Commission from ODCEC.
