Giulio Narcisi has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2020 and a member of the Register of Legal Auditors since 2022.

He is also a member, with the qualification of full member, of STEP Italy (TEP).

After working in a leading tax consulting firm, he joined Spada Partners in 2023.

He mainly deals with national and international taxation, as well as M&A operations and corporate restructuring. He has also developed extensive expertise in family-owned businesses, advising on protecting family wealth, succession and intergenerational management.

He graduated in Economics and Business Law from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2016.

In 2017 he graduated from the Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan with a Master in Tax Law.

In 2021, he attended the postgraduate course at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan on “Protection, transmission and management of family wealth”.
