Mara Lorusso joined Spada Partners in 2023.

She is registered with the list of trainees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan, section A, and with the list of trainees of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, which is a preliminary requirement for obtaining the qualification of Statutory Auditor.

She mainly provides professional consulting on M&A, financial due diligence, business valuations and financial restructuring.

She obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2022.

She is fluent in Italian and English
