Martina Dessì has been registered with the Bar of Milan since 2016.

She joined Spada Partners in 2023 after working in leading professional firms, where she gained special skills in the areas of corporate law, with particular regard to extraordinary transactions, M&A and corporate reorganisation.

She provides consulting on corporate matters advises to Italian and foreign companies in the area of corporate law and corporate management with reference to extraordinary and ordinary transactions, drawing up the acts and related documentation.

She graduated in law with honours from Università degli Studi di Cagliari in 2009.

She is fluent in English and Spanish
